We are able to offer two alternative Servicing and Maintenance plans for your Business' support needs: We offer two plans, Premier Plan or Standard Plan. Under either plan you will be assured of the following services:
Guaranteed same day (8 working hours) response time on-site to emergency problems reported within normal working hours. (9am to 6pm Mon to Fri)
Unlimited requests for Telephone Technical Support (TTS) received during normal working hours.
Access to our wide range of IT support services. We are happy to offer advice on any IT related issues whenever we are on-site or giving TTS.
Regularly scheduled on-site maintenance visits, initially on a monthly basis to resolve any outstanding issues as quickly as possible, this then reverting to a standard quarterly on-site visit for the servers, and an annual visit for each workstation.
Remote Access: a fully independent solution so that we can not only assist with problems, but can also perform essential maintenance remotely in out-of-hours times without requiring a user to be on-site to do so.
